Go to the ‘Stream’ tab within tanooki.
Navigate and click ‘Create a conference’ to the right.
Name the conference.
Add to Google Calendars by ticking ‘Send from Google Calendar’ OR alternatively ‘Send from tanooki’.
Click the invite button to select people you wish to attend.
Search or use the drop-down to find people who are already in your project.
Invite someone external to your project by typing in their email address and pressing enter.
Choose whether to make attendees a member a host or guest by selecting to the right.
Only hosts can amend the Video Conference, add new members and present files.
Click Save once all members have been added.
On the right, select if the conference can commence before the host arrives.
Choose your Conference type from the pull down menu;
Start Immediately – a 1 hour conference will launch
Scheduled – select a date/time/duration in the future
Room – choose this option to create a conference that will last for the duration of your project for guests to drop in and out of, ideal if you’re live streaming or sharing ‘over the shoulder’
Finally, click Create.
The scheduled conference will now appear here in the Upcoming section.
