As a Host you can choose how to share content using the Present (clapper icon) button;
Choose ‘Live-Plug-in’, copy the token and then follow instructions in the Video Live Streaming Plug-in guide.
Ensure you have pictures and audio in the audition window and then hit ‘Present Now’ when you are ready.
Click on the player window to view the controls and hit play.
While presenting a file, all participant’s mics will automatically mute.
If any attendee wants to speak, click and hold the mic icon in order to talk.
The icon fills orange and flashes when your mic is on and it’s not filled or flashing to indicate that the mic is off.
Quick tip for your attendees – click on ‘Hide Notes’ (bottom right of screen) if they wish to expand the player window and still see everyone’s cameras, or go full screen (far right of player control).
