Why has my edit workstation crashed?

SmartEdit sits as a gateway layer over whomever is providing your edit workstation. tanooki is not in control of your edit system, simply enabling your access in. If your workstation has crashed please contact your tech provider’s support team.

Once the workstation is operational again, tanooki will allow access. Ensure the tanooki desktop app is logged in if it’s being used.
