In order to maximise tanooki’s multicam player experience, and enjoy the fluid timeline, your media needs to be organised and uploaded in the correct format:
First, organise your projects media by shoot date.
Within each shoot date, organise by camera
Within each camera, organise by camera card
Upload shoot day(s) by navigating to dailies>upload
tanooki will stitch your days camera cards and clips together to give you one 24 hour view for ALL cameras that shot on that day. We call this your fluid timeline.
Your media should be uploaded as .mp4 / .mov / .mxf in h264 to tanooki. We are frame rate, frame size and bitrate agnostic.
